General Rules

Vvegas is an online entertainment and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with these Terms & Conditions.

• Single Account: Only one account is allowed per person, phone number, and device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy of Information: The name, date of birth, phone number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• KYC Verification: Withdrawals above a certain amount may require identity verification (KYC). You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Information Update: If your phone number or email address changes, update your account information promptly.

Age & Eligibility

Deposits & Payments

Depositing funds on vvegas is simple and secure. However, a few important rules must be followed.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 per transaction.
• Approved Methods: Use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other approved mobile banking services. Deposits made through unapproved methods may not be refunded.
• Your Account: The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not permitted.
• Processing Time: Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support with your transaction ID.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings, the following conditions must be met.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 3–30 minutes. Processing may take slightly longer outside of business hours.

• Wagering Requirements: After receiving a bonus, you are generally required to wager a specified multiple (e.g., 10x, 20x) before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Once per person: Each promotion can be claimed once per person.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempting to exploit the system in any way will result in account closure.
• Right to Modify: vvegas reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus at any time.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on vvegas.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change at any time before an event begins. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Technical Issues: vvegas will not be held liable if a bet fails to process due to a server error or network issue.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market.
• Fraud: Any bet suspected of involving match-fixing or fraud will be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vvegas and will result in immediate account termination.

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Registering with a false identity or fabricated information.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or system error.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the betting system.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Account Suspension or Closure

Vvegas reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons.

• For breach of terms.
• If identity verification fails or false information is found.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may close their account at any time. Any real-money balance will be refunded, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

Vvegas believes entertainment should never come at a cost to your wellbeing. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
